Delivery, Returns, Refund Policy

Delivery Locations – We currently only ship to the UK

Standard delivery is £3.99 and currently takes 3-5 working days to arrive

All of our orders are sent via a reliable, tracked courier service, and you will receive tracking details on dispatch.

We will dispatch what we can within 1-2 working days and send any out-of-stock items on to follow. We will contact you to notify you of any out of stock items. We do tract thestock on our website so this should not happen the majority of time.

Please note our couriers do not operate at weekends or on Bank Holidays, as a rule, although occasionally parcels may arrive at the weekend. Please note exemptions to the above time scales apply to orders sent to ‘Highlands & Islands’ postcodes, which may take an extra few days to arrive.

Very occasionally if a product is unexpectedly unavailable following an order, we will refund you for the outstanding product(s) but unfortunately are unable to offer a refund of your delivery fee unless nothing you ordered is sent.

The weight limit for parcels is up to 30kg. We are more than happy to split parcels into two, but unfortunately this does require an additional postage charge. Please email us before placing an order if you require this.

Please note we are unable to deliver to Evri lockers.

Please note that although couriers often indicate an estimated time slot for delivery on their tracking pages, delivery attempts may take place outside these time windows. If concerned you may miss the delivery, please indicate a preferred neighbour or safe place where parcels can be left in your absence - this can be done using the 'Special Delivery Instructions' box at checkout.

Late delivery / Lost parcels
If your order is not delivered within the stated delivery time frame please email us @ enquiries@savingsdirect2u.co.uk and we will be happy to look into this for you.

For lost parcels we are being given a timeframe of up to ten working days with the couriers to investigate claims. Please bear with us as this is often out of our control.

Refunds

We endeavour to do our best to ensure you get the best possible service and products delivered to you in the best condition. If an occasion arises where this does not happen, we ask you to email photos of the condition the product arrives including the packaging. We will be unable to issue a refund without these.

All products are scanned into the delivery box and if it shows as being in the parcel on despatch, we will have to make a claim to the courier company for reimbursement which can take at least 10-14 days from complaint.

The packets for products by SavingsDirect2U are very strong, and designed to protect their contents from any leaks they may be subject to. They can be washed and/or wiped down if anything spills on them without compromising the quality of their contents. Spills on the outside of these packets will not be considered 'damage' or grounds for replacing them.

Superficial damage to a product's packaging where the contents themselves are intact is not considered grounds for a refund/replacement.

Please note that we accept no responsibility or liability for any damage to property or person as a result from the delivery of our goods.

If you change your mind after confirming but before receiving your order

We are unable to cancel orders once they have been processed. Please contact us at enquiries@savingsdirect2U or call 01243 572968 for more information on how to return your items.

If you are not in when a courier attempts to deliver your parcel you will receive tracking to indicate the next steps. It is the customer's responsibility to reorganise the redelivery or collect from the post office. Please note that parcels are returned to sender after a period of time. If a parcel is returned to us without you attempting to reorganise redelivery or collection from the post office we reserve the right to deduct the associated return fee levied by the courier from your refund. This is the cost of the return to sender charge.

If you change your mind after receiving your order

By law, you have a 14-day "cooling off" period which begins the day you receive your goods. By making an order you commit you will inspect all your goods and inform us of any issues within this time window. You can send any goods back for a refund, provided they are unopened and in a resaleable condition. Please email enquiries@savingsdirect2U.co.uk or call 01243 572968 before returning any items. We’ll let you know the address to send them to, and we will be ready to process a refund for the goods after they come back to us. Your postal charges are not refundable if you choose to return goods you have changed your mind about.
